We’re proud to announce the launch of our latest show home in the heart of Nine Elms, created in partnership with London Square.
This 830 sq ft, two-bedroom apartment, valued at £1.265m, sits within one of London’s most dynamic riverside neighbourhoods. Designed for international investors, young professionals, and first-time buyers seeking a long-term home in the city, the space offers more than just style - it’s the definition of elegance, comfort, and functionality.
Nine Elms is one of London’s most exciting regeneration zones, with its riverside location and growing cultural scene attracting global interest. Our design approach was shaped around this context. We focused on warm, neutral tones, organic materials, and layouts that balance luxury with liveability - ideal for homeowners seeking a calm, modern retreat in the city.

THE LIVING SPACES
Step inside and it’s immediately clear: this isn’t just a show home, it’s a fully considered living environment. Each area within the space has been designed not just to impress but to work - intelligently and beautifully - for the rhythms of real life in London.
The living room sets the tone with a bright, uplifting palette. Sunlight spills into the space, accentuating sculptural furnishings that add form and depth without overwhelming. There’s a quiet elegance to the soft textures and curved silhouettes, balanced by clean lines and a lightness that invites calm. It’s a space to unwind, to host casually, or to start your day in a setting that feels both open and centred.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining space flows effortlessly but with its own distinct identity. Here, we’ve combined warm woods and tactile stone finishes to ground the room. Upholstered chairs in soft, complementary tones create a layered, lived-in feel, while carefully curated artwork adds personality and narrative. It’s intimate and refined - designed for daily moments, not just special occasions.
One of the most exciting design challenges in this project was the apartment’s triangular layout. Rather than fight against the shape, we embraced it. The result? A lighter, brighter living space that feels open and inviting. Every element - down to the placement of furniture - was designed to enhance flow and function, without compromising on comfort or sophistication.
THE PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
The principal bedroom is a striking blend of character and calm - bold in design, yet inviting through the use of plush linens. At its core is a bespoke panelled headboard, upholstered in a rich tapestry-style fabric inspired by chinoiserie. Its forest motif, rendered in deep greens and soft golds, brings a sense of nature and depth into the space, creating a dramatic focal point that instantly draws the eye.
To balance this, the surrounding palette remains soft and neutral. Crisp white linens, taupe throws, and velvet accent cushions in plum and bottle green tie the scheme together, echoing tones from the headboard. The use of round bolster cushions adds softness and form, introducing a sculptural element to the bed styling.
Elegant details - smoked glass bedside tables and pleated lampshades - lend the room a refined, collected feel. It’s a space that offers more than just a place to sleep; it’s a retreat designed for moments of stillness, reflection, and comfort - anchored in character, yet completely serene.
THE GUEST BEDROOM
The second bedroom offers a gentle contrast to the bolder principal suite, bringing a sense of ease and calm through its subtle palette and soft textures. Designed with flexibility in mind, it serves beautifully as a guest room, a second bedroom, or a peaceful home office - without compromising on style.
The bed is framed by a curved, rust-toned headboard that brings warmth and a touch of vintage inspiration to the space. It’s paired with cushions in sage and sky blue, layering in subtle touches of colour. The natural tones are echoed in the tactile bedding - a mix of woven throws and crisp linens that enhance the sense of comfort and understated luxury.
A trio of ceramic wall plates provides a quiet focal point above the bed, tying into the organic shapes and tones that define the scheme. Beside the bed, a softly rounded wooden nightstand with a sleek brass lamp adds to the room’s considered charm - practical yet decorative.
With natural light spilling in through soft drapery and a calm, earthy palette throughout, this bedroom invites rest and serenity. It’s a space that feels grounded and gracious - welcoming for guests, or a daily refuge for its owner.
THE TERRACE
And then, there’s the terrace. More than just an outdoor area, it’s a secluded oasis above the city - a pocket of nature with lush planting and soft textures that contrast beautifully with the surrounding architecture. Whether for morning a coffee or an evening glass of wine, it’s a space to pause, breathe, and connect with London’s skyline from a fresh perspective.
While modest in size, the space has been transformed into a tranquil retreat that feels worlds away from the pace of central London.
Natural textures take the lead here. Hand-woven rattan chairs with soft, neutral cushions invite you to slow down and settle in. A solid marble pedestal table anchors the arrangement, paired with elegant glassware and tactile coasters, every detail has been curated to offer comfort, function and aesthetic harmony.
More than just an outdoor space, the terrace is an extension of the home’s interior narrative - natural, inviting, and beautifully considered. It’s a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect, whether with guests or with the city skyline beyond.
