In collaboration with London Square, we designed this 830 sq ft, two-bedroom show home in the heart of Nine Elms - one of London’s most exciting riverside neighbourhoods. Created for international investors and city buyers alike, the interior balances luxury and liveability with warm, neutral tones and organic materials that offer a calm retreat from the urban pace.
Every element has been thoughtfully considered to reflect lifestyle and aspiration - proving how design can tell a powerful story. This project is a clear example of how we help clients bring properties to life, whether to market faster or to create a personalised, lasting home.
The living room establishes a sense of calm from the moment you enter, with a bright, welcoming palette and an abundance of natural light. Sculptural furniture pieces bring depth and character while maintaining a sense of ease, complemented by soft textures and graceful curves. Clean lines and a considered layered design create an atmosphere that’s both peaceful and refined - ideal for quiet mornings, casual gatherings, or simply unwinding at the end of the day.
The principal bedroom strikes a balance between bold character and quiet luxury. A bespoke panelled headboard in a rich, chinoiserie-inspired forest print anchors the space, bringing depth and drama. This statement piece is softened by a neutral palette of crisp linens, velvet cushions, and tactile throws, creating a refined and restful atmosphere. Sculptural accents and carefully chosen details - like smoked glass side tables and pleated lighting - promote the sense of calm. More than a bedroom, it’s a retreat designed for comfort, stillness, and escape.
The second bedroom offers a softer, more tranquil counterpart to the principal suite. Warm rust tones, sage accents, and tactile fabrics create a calming, flexible space - ideal as a guest room, home office, or peaceful retreat. A curved headboard and ceramic wall art add subtle character, while natural light and earthy hues enhance the room’s welcoming, understated charm. Designed for rest and versatility, it’s a space that feels both grounded and effortlessly stylish.
The terrace offers a serene escape above the city - a private, open-air retreat designed with natural textures and lush greenery. Hand-woven rattan seating, layered planting, and a marble pedestal table create a setting that feels both intimate and elevated. Though compact, the space is styled for quiet moments or casual hosting, extending the home’s sense of calm and refinement into the outdoors. It’s a place to breathe, unwind, and take in the skyline from a fresh perspective.
