A.LONDON have had the pleasure of being appointed to design a number of spaces at the prestigious Regent’s Crescent, recently using their Luxury Rental Service to encourage the sale of this beautiful Garden villa.
Comprised of 67 Grade 1 listed apartments, Regent’s Crescent has replaced the John Nash terrace with a façade rebuilt to the original version of Nash’s splendid Regency era.

The historic and original Park Crescent fell victim to wartime bombing, leading to its destruction and subsequent replacement with uninspiring 1960s office buildings that attempted to mimic its original facade. Fortunately, award-winning architects Paul Davis and Partners London, have paid homage to the extraordinary talent and creative vision of John Nash. They have embarked on a project to reimagine and restore Nash's Regency masterpiece, bringing back its former splendour and authenticity by meticulously recreating the original facade. This remarkable endeavour by the renowned architects ensures that Nash's architectural legacy is honoured, allowing future generations to appreciate the true beauty of this iconic structure.
Taking centre stage within the new Crescent is a breathtaking double-height entrance lobby, offering panoramic views of the expansive 1.5 acre private gardens. Regent's Crescent truly embodies the essence of luxurious hotel living brought to the comfort of your own home.
A key intriguing element to Regent’s Crescent are the spectacular amenities, which include the following: a 9,000 sq ft basement spa and entertainment area, a 20-metre swimming pool, 1.5 acre of private gardens, 8 acres of exclusive crescent residents
gardens including tennis courts and a private 12-seat cinema.
