As the nights draw in and the temperatures drop, thoughts turn to Christmas festivities and a chance to relish in the holiday-cheer.
2023 has been a very exciting year for our studio, with a multitude of projects across some of the most prestigious post codes in London. With many festive wonders waiting in each of these corners of the city, we have put together our top picks of Christmas Happenings. From breathtakingly beautiful decorations adorning shop windows, to magical festive family events taking place under the twinkling of fairy lights.
Read on to be filled with festive joy, and to discover some of the must-see London spectacles this Christmas.

REGENT’S CRESCENT - REGENT STREET
One of the projects we announced in 2023 was our Regent’s Crescent Garden Villa, which is nearby many iconic locations including Regents Park and Regent Street. Many Christmas enthusiasts eagerly anticipate the unveiling of the annual Regent Street Christmas lights, as the luminous spectacle in central London signifies the commencement of the festive season. This year, the 'Spirit of Christmas' scheme graces the centre of the city once again, introducing captivating new elements.
Notably, new lights will illuminate every corner of Regent Street and St James's, offering a delightful spectacle for passersby. Wander along Glasshouse Street, Swallow Street, and the resplendent Quadrant Arcade to immerse yourself in the charm of these novel installations. And make sure not to overlook St James’s Market, where additional mesmerising designs await, providing an opportunity to capture a moment with their only earth-bound Spirit.
TWENTYFIVE MARYLEBONE
Another of our projects released this year was at the TwentyFive Marylebone development, and this year Marylebone Village has an array of festive events to bring the Christmas cheer. With a brand new sustainable lights display, and an abundance of stalls and shops filled with sparkling displays, it will be impossible to leave empty-handed.
Marylebone Village is also actively contributing to the spirit of giving this Christmas. Proceeds generated from the various festive activities, such as donations to the Santa's Grotto and participation in festive workshops, will be dedicated to the charitable cause of supporting Mind in Brent, Wandsworth, and Westminster, their esteemed charity partner.The charity tombola will also offer a chance to win incredible prizes, from stays at Marylebone Village’s finest hotels to vouchers for local treats and experiences.

THE BRYANSTON - HYDE PARK
The Bryanston is one of our most iconic projects to date, and we couldn’t not mention the nearby spectacle that is Winter Wonderland, Hyde Park.
Winter Wonderland is an enchanting annual event perfect for either a wholesome family event or boozy friend meet-up. Featuring a festive extravaganza with attractions such as ice skating, a Christmas market, thrilling rides, live entertainment, and a dazzling display of lights. Visitors can immerse themselves in the holiday spirit, enjoying a wide range of activities and festive treats in a magical winter setting.
ONE ST JOHN’S WOOD - ST JOHN’S WOOD
Our One St John’s Wood projects are located in one of London’s most sought-after postcodes, and it is well known for its annual charity Christmas event. The St. John's Wood Christmas Fayre is organised to support the St. John’s Hospice. This fayre is a joyful occasion that includes donkey rides for the children, a wonderful Christmas market with stalls filled with bespoke gifts from independent businesses, and for the first time ever there will be an ice rink this year! The primary goal is to raise funds for St John's Hospice, supporting their vital healthcare services and community initiatives during the holiday season.
