TRENDS: 3 TOPS TO STYLE THE PERFECT LUXURY KITCHEN_
STYLE TIPS May 2020
Over time the kitchen has moved from the basement to now, often taking centre stage within the home. Our interior designers at A.LONDON have shared their tips when it comes to styling the perfect kitchen for our clients.
“Complete the look by adding complementing accessories and utensils to the kitchen.”
THE ISLAND
By incorporating an island into your kitchen as showcased in our Eaton Park project, the feature acts as the focal point of the room, opening the space so everyone can be involved. In our scheme, three brass light shades are centred and aligned with the island, running parallel with feature bar stools. This arrangement welcomes the family to gather together in this space as a central socialising spot, making it just as important as the living room.
UTILISE SPACE
Utilise the space you have. At Lyons Place, the luxury show home apartment features a simple U-shaped kitchen with a built-in breakfast bar. The carefully positioned bar offers the home two different seating areas within the space. By doing this, the dining table can be used for hosting formal occasions, despite being in close reach of the kitchen, it still feels separate.
MATCH YOUR ACCESSORIES
When home staging a property, our designers complete the look by adding complementing accessories and utensils to the kitchen. The kitchen at Holland Park Villas, features eye-catching turquoise kitchen accessories that seamlessly flows with the speckled worktop, injecting that show home feel into your property.
