HAMILTON COURT_

PROJECTS August 2018

Follow the canal west of Regents Park, soak up the charm of Little Venice and wonder the peaceful tree-lined boulevards of Maida Vale. Birthplace of the Beatles Abbey Road Album and home to the BBC Maida Vale Studios, the area has long been prominent in popular culture. It’s here in this leafy pocket of the city that you’ll find Hamilton Court, atop this 1930s building, two penthouses look out over the nearby London landmarks.

Our designers drew inspiration from the surrounding area and the Art Deco architecture of the building to create two individual spaces, each with their own aesthetic. In the first penthouse, deep tones, plush textures and metallic accents combine to create a sense of sophisticated opulence, boasting the apartments full potential. In the second penthouse, the playful use of colour, coupled with sumptuous fabrics and artwork creates an air of luxury that mirrors the value of the building. Both schemes evoke a strong sense of their surroundings, perfectly capturing the personality of the place.

Taking the client and property into consideration, we dress, style and source bespoke pieces to form a tailor-made scheme that can be rented on a rolling month basis. Collaborating with A.LONDON will maximise interest in your property whilst minimising its time on the market. If you would like to chat to us about your property, contact us here.
