A.LONDON recently collaborated on a major regeneration project with leading developers, St George (Berkley Group) at Grand Union, a pioneering development situated between Alperton and Stonebridge Park. Our designers worked on redefining liveable luxury beyond Zone 1, transforming the spaces through individual schemes for three apartments and the Marketing Suite they were commissioned to design.

The Marketing Suite was an opportunity to showcase an aspirational lifestyle, which was achieved by creating three different zones: The Welcome Hub, Social Area and Sales Area. Importance was placed on reflecting the abundance of social spaces while simultaneously transferring an earthy tonal palette to create a warm and welcoming environment, elevated with bold patterns and artwork.

The three show apartments (Grand Union I, II and III) were creatively imagined and professionally styled to maximise interest and sell an aspirational yet authentic lifestyle to buyers. The designs reflect the water from the nearby canal and an abundance of green spaces within the development. Soft hues and neutral fabrics were combined with bold artworks and strong patterned accessories, while rich brass finishes have been juxtaposed with industrial nods to honour the heritage of the site, yet stay true to the developer’s respected reputation.
