The first scheme with the darker, almost rustic palette was created by our designers with a young buyer in mind, whereas the second and third schemes have a much lighter, airier palette with a young family within the buyer vision. However, even with contrasting schemes, each apartment has a homely, warm, and comfortable feel, with unique pieces of bespoke furniture and accessories placed throughout to add further character.

Following the client brief, the team set about furnishing three luxurious penthouses, each with their own original schemes. Our team were set the task to design spaces which appeal to a buyer market who are familiar with the St John’s Wood area.
Featuring their own individual private roof top terraces and paired with exquisite views of the Lord’s cricket ground – the One St Johns Wood penthouses are homes for those looking for the ultimate sophisticated meets fun lifestyle, with a nod to the quintessential British sport- Cricket.
