Our expertise is divided into three specialist services: Interior Design, Show Homes, and Luxury Rental, which is also known as Home Staging.

When creating your show home, we take into careful consideration the interior architecture, the target demographic, and conduct comprehensive profiling of the local amenities in the surrounding area. Luxury Rental
Through a meticulous examination of your target demographic and a deep understanding of your property's unique characteristics, we specialise in crafting thoughtful and customised interiors that are available for rent or purchase, showcasing your property's complete potential. Our staging service is artistically envisioned by our team of designers to optimise interest and minimise the time your property spends on the market.
Our Design Process
Alongside our services, we pride ourselves in our first class process, from concept to delivery.
Interior Design: starting from the first client meeting to the final installation, we handle the entire process of designing, managing, and coordinating a comprehensive FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) interior scheme. This entails meticulous spatial planning, design conceptualization, FF&E selection, and budget considerations, culminating in a seamless white-glove installation service.
Show Homes: working to your full brief, we will stage the impression of a home through thorough research into the area and prospective resident. Once confirmed, we present our vision, design and development with our in-house stylist curating the finishing touches upon installation.
Luxury Rental: once our meticulously crafted design is finalised and installed, we provide a personalised service that offers the option to rent our furnished show homes on a flexible monthly basis until the property is successfully taken off the market. At any point during the rental agreement, furniture can be purchased or effortlessly returned to us.

As a future-focused group, we realised how much difference we could be making on eco and social levels.
